The Melody of Hope Award and Scholarship
Chou Ta-Kuan Cultural and Educational Foundation established “The Melody of Hope Award and Scholarship” in 2004, to encourage all the drop-outs from the education system to “return home and live for hope”. It is hoped that the winners of the awards and scholarships inspire, with their personal stories of struggling out of dark abyss, those teenagers currently walking on the edge of darkness to fight for a bright future.
