A missile hero never gives up
Chi Liu-Hsin, male, Taipei, born in 1950, a permanent volunteer of Song Shan Arm Forces General Hospital. He was admitted to Taipei Municipal Jianguo High School in 1968 with the highest score, and then joined the army after graduation; he graduated from Military Academy in 1972, won the award granted by the late president Chiang Ching-kuo and attended the study of missile manufacturing system in the U.S..
He committed himself to the research of modern missile in CAS after return to Taiwan, and made great contributions, but unfortunately, paralyzed during a missile exercise in January,1983; however, he didn’t give up, but tried every best to overcome the physical barriers and took delight in helping other patients or enlightening the misguided youth and social ethos.
