Helping the disadvantaged with an invention-Tzeng Hsing
      Tzeng Hsing, female, Canadian, born in 1982, graduated from Lower Canada College1 as a well-behaving student, especially in mathematics and science. She selected a scientific subject every year, won several scholarships and awards in Bell science competition, especially for her invention “a talking eye”, which won wide reputation as a helper to the blind and near-sighted.
